What happens when our 14-day trial ends?
You can choose any plan to continue uninterrupted. Your organization configuration, policies, teams, and employee records remain intact.
Can we create our own custom leave policies?
Yes! In addition to default Annual, Sick, and Hourly policies, Organization Admins can define custom leave types with specific accrual, carryover, and deduction rules.
How are hourly leaves calculated?
Hourly leave is stored internally in integer minutes (e.g. 180 minutes for 3 hours). This prevents rounding errors when deducting 15-minute or 45-minute blocks.
Is each organization isolated securely?
Yes. DayOff APP is a multi-tenant platform where every organization is an isolated tenant. Client-supplied IDs are never trusted, and cross-tenant access is impossible.
